  • Neil brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the built environment to his role at Enframe Architecture. With a career spanning real estate, architecture, and local government, he has honed his expertise in project management, compliance, and client relations. Neil began his professional journey in real estate, where he excelled in high-end luxury negotiations and sales across the Eastern Suburbs, setting the stage for a career marked by excellence and adaptability.

Transitioning into architecture, Neil developed a keen eye for detail in project specifications, contributing to a diverse range of developments—from intimate residential projects to large-scale mixed-use ventures valued at up to $200 million. Equipped with qualifications as an Auditor, Building Surveyor, and in Local Government and Environmental Management and Sustainability, he further refined his skills in compliance and construction, leading to a successful tenure in local government. Over four years, Neil managed building regulations, resolved more than 2,000 neighbour disputes, issued over 300 Building Information Certificates and Swimming Pool Certificates, and ensured that development consents met the highest standards. His ability to navigate complex regulatory challenges, including appearances in the Land and Environment Court, underscores his commitment to achieving outstanding results.

A proud local of Oatley, Neil is dedicated to fostering strong community ties and delivering architectural solutions that reflect the unique character of the area. When he’s not working, you can often find him exploring Oatley’s parks and cafes, supporting local businesses, or enjoying a walk or run with his dog, Shiro—a dedicated stick collector. Neil’s approachable nature and deep industry insight make him an invaluable asset to both Enframe Architecture and its clients.
